Goal
The aim of Qiova's participative workshop was to enable participants to identify their core values with a view to strengthening their corporate identity. At the same time, it aimed to encourage the emergence of innovative ways of integrating their laser marking concept.

It took place in three main phases.
Visiting Qiova: To get a feel for the company's professional environment and understand the questions that might emerge.
Gamify the workshop: To maintain participants' attention and stimulate their creativity, a playful card game was created.
The cards were embellished with pictograms and complementary colors, blending the randomness of the game with individual interpretation and collective contribution.
This workshop fostered team cohesion by encouraging the sharing of opinions, constructive exchanges and collective decision-making.
Testing the process: Full simulation with collective workshop facilitation.
